Services & Rates

Finding the right support matters. This page is here to walk you through what I offer, how sessions work, and what to expect around fees, so you can make an informed and supported decision about care.

Individual Therapy

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults (18+) using a relational, somatic, and trauma-focused approach. This work is especially supportive for people navigating:

  • Complex trauma, including relational, developmental, attachment, and shock trauma

  • Anxiety, chronic stress, and nervous system overwhelm

  • The long-term impact of chronic illness

  • Life transitions and adjustment to challenging life experiences

  • Patterns in relationships that feel difficult to understand or shift

  • Parenting while navigating trauma or anxiety

  • Therapists and helping professionals seeking their own healing

Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. The focus is on creating safety, awareness, and capacity for meaningful, lasting change rather than quick fixes.

Why some clients choose private pay

This allows for more individualized, depth-oriented work at a pace that feels right for you.
