Specialized Trauma Therapy

NeuroAffective Relational Model® & Somatic Experiencing

Intuitive Wellness offers specialized support through NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and SE™ (Somatic Experiencing®) to address trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and illness. My work is rooted in a heart-centered, somatic, and relational approach that honors the depth and complexity of each person’s experience.

These powerful trauma modalities are designed to work through a bottom-up/top-down combination, engaging the body and mind’s natural stress responses—including shock trauma, developmental and attachment wounds, and relational trauma—to support deep and lasting healing rather than surface-level relief.

At the core of healing is relationship: how we relate to ourselves, to our internal experience, and to the world around us. Learning to meet ourselves with compassion and presence allows us to feel more integrated and alive in our daily lives and relationships.

Notably: I am not a “quick fix” or “coping skills” therapist. My work is grounded in a depth- and insight-oriented approach to trauma healing, because I believe true, lasting transformation arises from engaging the heart and nervous system with care, patience, and attunement.

“I have come to the conclusion that human beings are born with an innate capacity to triumph over trauma. I believe not only that trauma is curable, but that the healing process can be a catalyst for profound awakening—a portal opening to emotional and genuine spiritual transformation. I have little doubt that as individuals, families, communities, and even nations, we have the capacity to learn how to heal and prevent much of the damage done by trauma. In so doing, we will significantly increase our ability to achieve both our individual and collective dreams.”
